This cross uses two layers which means wood thickness can be quite flexible: Either layer could be thin and as long as the other layer is thick enough, your finished piece should be quite strong and stable and each option would give a different look. Some of the letters in this pattern are quite challenging, especially in the smaller version (the pattern has 2 size options). I would say this is an advanced scroll saw pattern.

These files can also be use with a Silhouette Cameo or Cricut paper cutting machine and with some adaptation could be used for other uses such as a CNC router. The scroll saw instructions will also be included to help with any assembly and wood suggestions.
