This scroll saw pattern set includes a pumpkin, a spider and a bat overlay pattern for the box lids. Each box is shaped to closely match the shape of the lid decoration. You could also use the overlay and lid pattern as a wall plaque if you wanted.
The side layers have rough ripple patterns (that resemble broken stone) which can create a basket-weave effect if you alternate the pattern. You can layer as many sides as you like to make the box deeper. You can use contrasting woods for any of the layers you want to create beautiful finished boxes.
