The side layers of these boxes have an alternating basket-weave effect. You can add as many side ring pieces as you like to make the boxes deeper. You can use stain or contrasting woods for any of the pieces you want to create beautiful finished projects.
The smaller boxes can be made nearly entirely using the waste wood cut out from the inside of the larger box ring side pieces
